How refund requests work
- Choose the section 7 refund case that applies and tell us what happened.
- Our team reviews your request against section 7 of our Terms of Service.
- If it is approved, we send the refund to your payment provider.
- If the whole payment is refunded, the subscription it paid for ends right away and your account moves to the Free plan.
- We email you when we decide, and the decision shows in your requests here.
Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund
- Technical issues preventing service use
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Service cancellation within 7 days (first-time users)
- Verified fraud or unauthorized transactions
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind or personal circumstances
- Account suspension due to policy violation
- Partial usage of subscription period
- Success or failure in finding matches
Non-Refundable Items
Background check & clearance fees and astrologer consultation charges are non-refundable once completed.
